We are looking for a dedicated IT professional to ensure the operation of our IT landscape, develop customer-oriented solutions with the team, and implement them successfully. You will proactively eliminate technical errors, viewing them as challenges rather than problems, and contribute to stable and failure-safe systems. Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation of our IT landscape.
- Develop customer-oriented solutions with the team and implement them successfully.
- Proactively eliminate technical errors.
- Contribute to stable and failure-safe systems.
- Support solution finding in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ensure the operation of our production and TV platforms in a shift system, ensuring continuous service availability.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support and with ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in virtualization, server clusters, Active Directory, and group policies.
- Knowledge of network and IT infrastructure is ideal.
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with internal customers.
- Willingness to work in a shift system, including night, weekend, and holiday duties.
