About the Role

Lead customer innovation engagements by running discovery workshops and boot camps to identify and prioritize AI opportunities. Define high-value Industry AI use cases by translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, delivering value rapidly through an iterative model. Build the Industry AI portfolio by turning customer learnings into reusable industry-specific AI assets.

Responsibilities

Lead customer innovation engagements
Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders
Surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities
Define high-value Industry AI use cases
Translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions
Apply AI tools in the definition process
Sharpen requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics
Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment
Define requirements, build prototypes, and establish acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering throughout the lifecycle
Validate business outcomes
Deliver value rapidly using a fast, iterative model
Put measurable customer value in production within weeks
Build the Industry AI portfolio
Turn customer learnings into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators
Document financial and operational value for AI assets
Ensure AI assets are reusable across SAP globally

Requirements

Deep industry expertise with 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries
Operational-level knowledge of process breakdowns and transformation value
Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions
Clear focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes for AI solutions
Proven track record in product definition and delivery, or in leading business transformation initiatives
Ability to translate complex challenges into structured programs
Ability to deliver at the senior stakeholder level
Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops, FDE-style discovery sessions, and co-innovation engagements
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with emotional intelligence
Ability to build trust at every level
Ability to cut through ambiguity
Ability to identify the highest-impact AI opportunities
Ability to chart a clear path from complex business challenge to executable solution
Ability to translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases
Realistic KPIs, ROI timelines, and clear understanding of value creation and measurement
Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles
Clear, concise English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to produce sharp requirements documentation
Ability to lead executive-level discussions
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders toward a shared direction
Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor
