  • Explore commercial viability of new ideas, including build, partner, or buy options.
  • Produce prototypes using tools like Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Handover new concepts to product teams with a clear brief and provide advisory support during early build.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product strategy, product design, or a related field.
  • Experience with SaaS or EdTech is ideal.
  • Demonstrated design taste and judgment.
  • Experience with financial modeling and commercial rationale building.
  • Experience building a business case or commercial rationale for a new product or feature.
  • Working fluency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across multiple teams without a fixed home base.
  • Ability to understand and explain UX approaches.
  • Ability to run structured customer discovery and translate needs into prototypes.
  • Ability to balance craft with commercial thinking, including pricing and commercial models.
  • Fast and adaptable with a disciplined approach to experimentation.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations quickly.
  • A valid Employee Working With Children Check.
  • A satisfactory National Police Check.
  • Verification of unrestricted work rights in Australia.
