About the Role
Serve as a primary specialist for property valuation matters, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues and clients on valuation questions, strategies, and methodologies. Ensure accuracy and consistency in property valuations and contribute to modeling inputs and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support FM colleagues and clients by providing expert guidance on valuation questions, strategies, and methodologies.
- Complete and review property valuations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with FM standards.
- Work closely with Client Service Teams, Claims, prospect accounts, Appraisal Services, and existing FM clients to deliver comprehensive valuation support.
- Contribute to modelling inputs, special projects, and valuation-related initiatives.
- Help ensure a consistent approach among all property consultants.
- Develop and deliver training for clients and FM personnel on valuation concepts and best practices.
- Mentor newer Property Valuation Consultants.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in real and personal property valuation.
- Experience includes building construction and machinery identification.
- Ability to understand complex manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, real estate, commerce or other applicable areas
