About the Role
Lead commercial strategy and structuring across ACCIONA's Origination pipeline, guiding bid teams through pricing, risk allocation, and contract structuring from opportunity assessment to submission and award. This role shapes the commercial position on major pursuits and represents ACCIONA in client and partner negotiations, influencing project selection and winning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy across allocated bids and pursuits
- Structure pricing, risk allocation, and contract terms
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients, partners, and subcontractors
- Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risk on tenders
- Partner with estimating and engineering to build competitive bids
- Manage joint venture, alliance, and consortium commercial arrangements
- Mentor and develop commercial team members across Origination
Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial leadership on major infrastructure bids
- Strong track record negotiating complex contracts and JV structures
- Deep understanding of risk allocation and tender pricing strategy
- Proven ability to lead and develop commercial teams
