About the Role
Lead the identification, development, and pursuit of infrastructure opportunities across New South Wales, overseeing competitive tender submissions from strategy through to delivery. This role involves pipeline management, market engagement, client relationships, and tender governance, while leading the NSW Tender Team to secure compliant and commercially sound outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and prioritisation of NSW opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline
- Drive bid strategies that maximise ACCIONA's position
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead tender governance and executive approval processes
- Mentor and develop the NSW Tender Team
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field
- Significant origination or tender management experience
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary tender teams
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management background
- Experience developing bid strategies and work-winning plans
