About the Role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond just serving food and drinks. They take initiative to deliver a wide range of services, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to interacting with guests and maintaining cleanliness. Success in this role requires a commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional appearance and communication.
Responsibilities
- Setting tables
- Communicating with the kitchen
- Interacting and serving guests
- Cleaning work areas and supplies
- Standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time
- Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Reading and visually verifying menu information
- Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Creating a safe workplace
- Following company policies and procedures
- Upholding quality standards
- Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
