About the Role
Are you an experienced Senior Shutters & Gates Engineer with experience in Facilities Management or Construction? This role involves being the first point of call for reactive and planned maintenance needs for an iconic high-profile client, working proactively to meet service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the client's first point of call for all reactive and planned maintenance needs.
- Work proactively to accomplish tasks within set service level agreements.
- Ensure all work orders are opened and closed in real time.
- Identify and communicate the need for technical or specialist assistance.
Requirements
- Experience gained within Facilities Management or Construction.
- A comprehensive understanding of shutters & gates equipment.
- DHF qualification.
- A good understanding of health & safety.
- A full valid UK driving license.
- Ability to work autonomously in a pressurized environment.
- Ability to prioritize a complex and demanding workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Enjoy working within a people-focused environment.
