About the Role
CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Manager I opening for our client. This role involves developing and managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, creating campaign strategy, messaging, content, and communications, and managing projects from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Create campaign strategy, messaging, content, and communications.
- Manage projects from concept through execution and implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Lead marketing project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with marketing strategy, campaign management, communications, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Experience managing integrated marketing and communications programs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
