About the Role
Be part of a team providing vital payroll service delivery to over 4000 employees at the hospital. Report to the Payroll Services Team Leader and be part of a team of 7. Ensure high accuracy in accordance with health service policies and industrial frameworks. Act as a key point of contact for a range of internal stakeholders across the hospital. Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality of payroll service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide vital payroll service delivery to over 4000 employees.
- Ensure high accuracy in accordance with health service policies and industrial frameworks.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality of payroll service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience working in an internal payroll team in a complex high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Health awards/agreements or worked in an area with complex award conditions across multiple agreements.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australian visa that grants the necessary work rights.
Skills
- Friendly attitude
- Exposure to CHRIS 21 or similar payroll system
- Exposure to an automated time and attendance system, preferably Kronos or similar
