About the Role
Join a high-performing tech company shaping the future of connectivity, cloud, cyber security and digital infrastructure. We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in partnering closely with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions. You’ll be more than just a recruiter — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and influence hiring strategy across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Manage multiple vacancies across technical, sales, operational and corporate functions
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Drive recruitment best practice, process improvement and stakeholder engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives, talent campaigns and networking activities
- Work closely with agencies where required while maximising direct sourcing outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience.
- Experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, cloud, cyber security, data centres or related industries would be desirable.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets
- Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agency recruitment experience highly regarded
