About the Role
Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a motivated Branch Manager for its London Construction & Forestry location. The role involves managing daily branch activities and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily branch activities
- Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
- Achieve asset management and market share goals
- Manage and develop all employees in the branch to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
- Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
- Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence
- 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment field
- 3-5 years of experience in a progressively responsible management role
- Proven product support background
- Understanding of departmental operations
