About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. This role involves partnering with workers, employers, insurers, and treating professionals to facilitate recovery, rebuild confidence, and ensure successful return-to-work. You will have autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload across occupational rehabilitation services
- Conduct workplace, functional, and vocational assessments
- Deliver both face-to-face and virtual services
- Facilitate return-to-work planning and stakeholder engagement
- Run wellness and injury prevention initiatives
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Contribute to innovative projects across injury management and workplace health
- Build trusted relationships with employers, insurers, and clients
Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Occupational rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
- Alignment with Prudence Rehab's values and people-first approach
