About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to partner with workers, employers, insurers, and treating professionals to facilitate recovery, rebuild confidence, and support successful return-to-work. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments
- Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
- Attend case conferences and client meetings
- Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
- Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Occupational rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
- Alignment with Prudence Rehab's values and people-first approach
