About the Role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking to transform military capabilities with advanced technology. This role supports the Enterprise IT Operations team, focusing on an exceptional end-user experience and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include technical support, system configuration, and inventory management for Anduril's tech fleet.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
- Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
- License administration of end user software including Adobe, Lucid, etc.
- Identify persistent problems and recurring failures for root cause analysis.
- Windows, Linux and Apple computer management.
- Deploy, recover, maintain, and track IT hardware.
- Identify and document knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.
- Assist with on-going operational improvements.
- Participate in or lead projects as assigned.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
- Travel to our Melbourne and Canberra offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Extremely detailed oriented.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and managing a ticket queue.
- Experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies.
- Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Kace, Workspace One, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
