About the Role
Provide high-quality analysis and evaluation of financial and operational performance to inform management decisions, and to underpin effective budget formulation, forecasting and projections. The role leads Technology Financial Management (ITFM) activities across TCSC, including technology cost management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and financial analysis. The position provides strategic advice and insights to support investment decisions, improve transparency of technology costs, and strengthen financial accountability across services, platforms, assets, and contracts. The role also leads and develops a team of ITFM Analysts, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Financial Management (ITFM) activities
- Manage technology cost, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and financial analysis
- Provide strategic advice and insights for investment decisions
- Improve transparency of technology costs
- Strengthen financial accountability across services, platforms, assets, and contracts
- Lead and develop a team of ITFM Analysts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force
