The Job Planner keeps and maintains all records for accurate job costing and tracking for ADDMAN.

Maintains purchase orders and job-costing records
Invoices customers and maintains filing of job folders
Attends kick-off meetings and records job data
Copies and distributes blue prints and job travelers
Enters orders and carryover to jobs
Utilizes six-sigma quality tools to define, measure, analyze, improve and control processes and outcomes
Maintains and supports processes, procedures, and K.P.I.’s owned by the position
Reviews all procedures related to the job per “HR LG 01 Training Matrix”
Completes training required by Job Description in “HR LG 01 Training Matrix” within the stated time
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Follows all Company policies and procedures

Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exposure to manufacturing areas requiring personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes)
Ability to sit or stand as needed
Ability to walk primarily on a level surface for periodic periods
Ability to reach above shoulder height, below the waist, or lift as required
Proper lifting techniques required
Ability to work in small confined spaces while following proper safety protocol
Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Knowledge of standard safety policies and procedures and adherence to them
Compliance with company hazardous waste disposal procedures
Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations for export control regulations
