About the Role

Responsibilities
- Help make AI work reliably for customers.
- Translate real-world business requirements into clear instructions and configurations for AI.
- Learn customer needs and translate them into clear instructions for AI.
- Write and refine prompts, rules, and configurations to guide AI behavior.
- Test work thoroughly, including edge cases and unusual scenarios.
- Investigate unexpected AI behavior, determine the cause, and implement improvements.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and clarify requirements.
- Configure AI agents for document analysis, classification, compliance, and procurement workflows.
- Build reusable templates and approaches to accelerate problem-solving.
- Share learnings with product and engineering teams to enhance Levelpath.
Requirements
- Exceptionally detail-oriented.
- Skilled at solving puzzles and diagnosing issues.
- Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous information.
- Clear and precise written communication.
- Technically curious and eager to learn new tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their capabilities.
