About the Role
Design, develop, and deliver AI training and curriculum for the INDOPACOM team, enhancing AI adoption and capabilities within the command.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain foundational, intermediate, and advanced AI curriculum, including presentations, exercises, instructor guides, and participant materials.
- Deliver instructor-led AI training, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises across the command.
- Support the development and mentorship of internal AI trainers to expand the command’s training capacity.
- Coordinate course scheduling, registration, participant communications, attendance tracking, evaluations, and completion records.
- Collaborate with command stakeholders to identify training needs, mission-relevant use cases, and opportunities to improve AI adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, capabilities, risks, policies, and responsible-use practices.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings on AI training activities and program outcomes.
- Support industry engagements, workshops, command-wide events, training plans, and other program requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Ten (10) years of work experience; Four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials, including designing and creating presentations, workshops, hands-on exercises, user guides, quick reference materials, and technical demonstrations.
- Ability to convey complex technical and AI-related concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and platforms such as Maven Smart System, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini, including strong prompt engineering, evaluating AI outputs, and refining results for quality and accuracy.
- Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
