About the Role
Navan Expense is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale the Navan Expense product line. This role involves partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement. You will be a key post-sales player, assisting Account Managers in expanding Expense product offerings, implementing the solution, and increasing adoption within the Enterprise segment. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with an accounting and finance background, ready to lead and contribute to a growing SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution.
- Apply accounting/finance industry knowledge and Navan Expense Management solution expertise to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize product benefits.
- Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert to resolve queries related to policy efficiencies, accounting process compliance, and ERP integrations.
- Train and up-level the Account Management organization on Navan Expense value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
- Act as the voice of expense customers and partner cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and implementation teams to drive product development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting/finance background with experience in ERP systems integrations and/or month-end close.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant within a rapidly growing fintech, working with large strategic customers.
- Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.
