About the Role

This Actuarial Consultant role sits within Marsh's Analytics Solutions team, offering the opportunity to combine technical problem solving with high-value client engagement. You will play a key role in delivering actuarial and risk analytics to clients across a range of industries, working on diverse and complex projects and communicating technical insights clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply actuarial modelling skills to support client projects and advisory work
  • Execute end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships across a range of industries
  • Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through analytical and advisory support
  • Contribute to projects such as actuarial reserving, technical pricing, stochastic loss modelling, risk finance optimisation and limit validation reviews

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Degree qualification in a related field such as Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Statistics or another relevant technical discipline
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently with critical thinking skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
