About the Role

The LEED Compliance Coordinator supports sustainable building operations by coordinating and monitoring LEED O+M and WELL program administration. This role leads daily LEED compliance efforts, ensures timely and accurate documentation, and tracks key performance data. The coordinator provides routine reporting on sustainability performance, identifies issues, and helps develop corrective actions. The role also supports WELL Building strategies and contributes to asset management by maintaining inventories and partnering with engineering and maintenance teams. Additionally, the position supports organizational resilience by leading updates to Business Continuity plans and providing general operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily management throughout the life cycle of the program.
  • Support the stakeholders in planning and development of programs and projects.
  • Propose and maintain controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the programs.
  • Manage the risks and issues that אשר arise during the program cycle as well as take measures to correct them.
  • Coordinate the project(s) and their interdependencies between various projects and programs within departments or business units.
  • Collect data and prepare program status analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor progress to ensure that the milestones are being met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ relevant work experience in project/program management
  • Associate’s Degree with 6 years relevant work experience in project/program management
  • High School Diploma with 8 years relevant work experience in project/program management

Skills

  • Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
  • Understanding of the business and strategic goals.
  • Able to work with all levels of management internal and external.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocations.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies relevant to program needs.

Experience Level

  • 4 years relevant work experience in project/program management
  • 6 years relevant work experience in project/program management
  • 8 years relevant work experience in project/program management

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Associate’s Degree
  • High School Diploma

Salary/Compensations

  • $104,000 - $130,000
