About the Role

As an AI engineer, you will be part of internal efforts to advance AI adoption across the company. You will design, build, and maintain internally focused solutions that help promote agentic workflows and automations that improve employee productivity. This role requires wearing multiple hats, from building technical solutions to engaging with risk, compliance, and legal teams to define product guardrails. You will lead proof-of-concept initiatives, engage with employees during AI Office Hours, and establish AI processes and guardrails with internal partners. Comfort in teaching and explaining ideas to non-technical audiences is essential. Experience with various AI/ML workflows and development practices is expected for advising and shaping future products. A strong understanding of infrastructure, spanning cloud and bare-metal environments, is necessary. You should be comfortable creating automation solutions, with and without AI, to promote effective AI usage within the company. Experience deploying and managing production applications will aid in proposing and building sustainable solutions. We seek self-starters eager to shape the future of this new team, unafraid to share recommendations and guidance on AI initiatives and adoption.
