About the Role
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to provide support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner. This role ensures the quality of inventory and fresh produce, manages inventory levels, tracks expiration dates, and maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe.
- Ensures the highest standards for inventory and fresh produce quality.
- Manages inventory levels and proper storage.
- Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
- Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
- Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work at a quick pace.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Salary/Compensations
- $19.61 - $21.61 per hour
