Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby (and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails).
- Familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies (React, Typescript) when needed.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software.
- Demonstrate passion for continuous learning through side projects, open-source contributions, or technical content publication.
- Deep expertise in backend development, including API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Keep the user experience in mind.
- Comfortable stepping into front-end or infrastructure tasks when needed.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
