About the Role
iCapital is seeking an Analyst for the Structured Investments team to provide sales support, working cross-functionally with bank issuers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionals.
- Learn iCapital products and prepare to effectively communicate their objectives, risks, features, and benefits.
- Analyze regional and product sales trends within participating broker-dealer firms and among individual Financial Advisors.
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
- Learn financial markets and portfolio strategies.
- Assist senior sales professionals within assigned territory.
- Effectively partner with the external wholesaler and the regional distribution team.
- Utilize contact management systems to capture information and schedule follow-up activities.
- Prepare for and pass necessary licenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Sales and client service experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
- Excellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skills.
- General knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Motivated, mature, trustworthy, and a team player.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plus.
- Series 7, 63 and SIE (FINRA) licenses or candidate must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire date.
