About the Role
This role involves leading small to medium complexity projects, taking accountability for delivering results, and managing project teams, including external resources. The position requires developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using established PMO tools and templates. Responsibilities also include conducting cost and budget analyses, defining resource requirements, managing vendor relationships, maintaining a risk log, resolving issues, managing change control, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium complexity projects, assuming accountability for delivering results
- Manage project team, including NWN and external resources
- Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using NWN PMO tools and templates
- Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets
- Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers
- Manage vendor relationships to align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan
- Establish, maintain, and update project risk log
- Resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate
- Manage project change control and follow existing policies
- Ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete
Requirements
- Candidates should have experience managing a combination of network infrastructure and cloud modernization projects, cybersecurity, access control, and security standardization projects, SCADA and operational technology projects, asset management and GIS-related initiatives, and enterprise applications implementations (CIS, SaaS, and system integrations).
- Will be required to be on site visits in surrounding areas.

- Ability to facilitate meetings and manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to gain and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of business process improvement and change management desired
