About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams throughout the entire engagement, conducting structured discovery to understand business problems and ensure the right solutions are identified. You will also direct the work of the AI Governance Analyst and AI Governance Engineer, own the team's operating rhythm, and manage the AI Concierge Program Tracker.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams throughout the entire engagement.
  • Conduct structured discovery to understand the business problem, use case, data involved, and desired outcome.
  • Help ensure the right solution is identified before product or vendor evaluation.
  • Identify whether an existing approved tool already addresses the need.
  • Validate that the proposed solution is fit for purpose before directing the Analyst to begin submission work.
  • Advise requestors on solution alignment with existing approvals or preferred alternatives.
  • Receive the Engineer's post-implementation check-in and formally close the loop with the business team.
  • Direct the work of the AI Governance Analyst and AI Governance Engineer.
  • Own the team's operating rhythm, running agile ceremonies.
  • Own the AI Concierge Program Tracker as the master record of the service.
  • Identify and communicate the priority and urgency of each request to the Governance Engineer.
  • Receive status and schedule updates from the Governance Engineer and translate them for the business team.
  • Review the Analyst's research and documentation packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain active partnerships with Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Emerging Technology, Procurement, and Global Enterprise Technology.
  • Help drive resolution for blockers in the research, review, or implementation process.
  • Serve as the advocate for the business within the governance process and the representative of Enterprise Technology to the business.
  • Escalate risk-flagged items to senior leadership where appropriate.
  • Own the overall health and continuous improvement of the AI Governance Concierge Service.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of the submission process, research methodology, and risk assessment framework.
  • Help identify patterns that suggest the need for new policy guidance, approved tool lists, or category-level pre-approvals.
  • Represent Enterprise Technology as a knowledgeable, responsive partner in AI adoption conversations.
  • Serve as an active member of AI communities and working groups within dentsu.
  • Help identify integration and automation opportunities with AIRS, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology, IT governance, compliance, consulting, or a related client-facing function within a large organization.
  • Experience managing or directing a small team; comfortable helping set direction, assigning work, and keeping the team aligned on outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional engagements with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working — sprint planning, stand-ups, backlogs, and iterative delivery in an operational context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate between technical, legal, and business audiences.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, generative AI capabilities, and the risk and compliance landscape around AI adoption.
  • Consultative by nature: listen before you prescribe, and care about getting the right outcome for the business.
  • Experience in a media, marketing, advertising, or professional services organization.
  • Familiarity with GenAI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) or data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar).
  • Background in vendor risk assessment, third-party due diligence, or enterprise procurement.
  • Experience with Coupa, ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar enterprise workflow and compliance tools.
  • IAPP AIGP, CIPP, CISSP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
