Share resumes with multiple hiring managers if applicable to various teams.
Apply academic knowledge to real engineering or business challenges.
Conduct financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Manage recruiting, employee programs, and organizational development.
Develop marketing content, social media strategies, and communication plans.
Ensure environmental compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate projects, conduct research, and develop presentations.
Communicate technical concepts clearly.
Work with customers or cross-functional engineering teams.
Develop and integrate embedded systems, firmware, and software.
Develop and test wireless protocols and cloud platforms.
Perform software testing, automation, and debugging.
Implement security concepts in embedded systems.
Conduct laboratory testing and hardware bring-up.
Develop and automate tests using various tools.
Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and technical documentation.
Validate software and ensure quality assurance.
Develop prototypes, reference applications, and demonstrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD related to area of interest.
Graduation date of Dec 2026 or May 2027.
Relevant coursework, academic projects, research, student-organization involvement, or previous internship experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
Programming experience with C, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, or another relevant language.
Experience with embedded systems, firmware, microcontrollers, device drivers, or hardware-software integration.
Experience with bare-metal, Linux, or real-time operating system development.
Knowledge of wireless protocols, networking, cloud platforms, APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
Familiarity with software testing, test automation, debugging, version control, or continuous integration.
Understanding of security concepts such as secure coding, cryptography, authentication, or embedded security.
Experience with electronic circuits, semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, or embedded systems.
Experience with laboratory testing, hardware bring-up, characterization, or failure analysis.
Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, or similar laboratory equipment.
Experience with test development or automation using Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
Experience with data collection, statistical analysis, debugging, and technical documentation.
Experience with software validation, quality assurance, test planning, or defect tracking.
Experience with embedded hardware, firmware, software, or system-level development.
Experience with microcontrollers, wireless systems, sensors, evaluation boards, or development kits.
Experience with hardware and software debugging using laboratory equipment and development tools.
Knowledge of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, or proprietary protocols.
Experience developing prototypes, reference applications, demonstrations, or technical documentation.
Experience explaining technical concepts clearly and working with customers or cross-functional engineering teams.
Experience with financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, reporting, or data analysis.
Experience with recruiting, employee programs, organizational development, or human resources.
Experience with marketing, content development, social media, communications, or event coordination.
