About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at PwC, you will drive meaningful outcomes to elevate your career by developing in-depth knowledge of assigned business portfolios, understanding stakeholder business plans, and managing key stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to create high-quality digital marketing campaigns, identify and build connected client journeys, and oversee the editorial calendar for timely delivery of quality deliverables. Your role involves collaboratively developing campaign strategies and tactics to meet agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, reviewing past campaign performance for improvements, and liaising with external agencies to optimize campaigns and spend. You will also monitor CRM to identify opportunities for campaigns that support the buyer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned business portfolios, priority areas and target audiences
- Understands and applies stakeholder business plans and priorities to develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan
- Manages key stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Works with a cross functional marketing and sales team to develop high quality, digital marketing campaigns that raise awareness and PwC’s position in the market
- Identifies and builds connected client journeys including defining target clients, buyers, and audience segmentation
- Oversees editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
- Collaboratively develops campaign strategy and tactics to deliver on agreed upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reviews past campaign performance & recommend improvements
- Liaises with external agencies and vendors including ad agencies and identifies areas to optimize campaigns and spend
- Monitors CRM and identifies opportunities to build campaigns that support all dimensions of the buyer journey
Requirements
- Considerable relevant professional experience in digital marketing, thought leadership, and B2B marketing
- Working experience in developing strategic marketing plans and budgets
- Proven background in quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven effectiveness working with virtual teams across different geographic areas
- Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in a cross-functional, matrix team setting and demonstrated strong leadership skills, marketing and business acumen
- Function in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, track and deliver measurable outcomes, and drive innovation to elevate the team
