About the Role
The Ship Systems components department develops engineered components for submarine applications, including valves, AC units, air compressors, and more. This role involves developing technical requirements, ship integration, supplier oversight, budget and schedule management, drawing reviews, leading meetings, and project management. Periodic travel to Navy and supplier facilities is required. As a Senior Engineer, you will apply technical principles to solve complex problems, work independently, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
- 5 or more years of post-graduate engineering experience
- Advanced engineering degree (Preferred)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Chemical engineering (Preferred)
