About the Role
Our cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking our food’s high quality ingredients. We are looking for someone with a make it right mentality, and the ability to work positively with a team in a high paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle and prepare high quality ingredients for use in the kitchen.
- Read tickets and assemble angus beef burgers and bag them for the guest.
- Keep the kitchen and back of house clean and stocked.
- Communicate with the kitchen crew about prep needs and restock or prepare more as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a food handler's permit.
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Have a Guest First Mentality.
