About the Role
P. Terry's is seeking motivated Managers/Shift Leaders for our Closing Shift who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, are Crew Member focused, and passionate about serving high-quality food and drinks. We want leaders who thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment and can lead in both Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH).
Responsibilities
- Be responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
- Count inventory.
- Perform deposits and count drawers.
- Ensure all positions are cleaned and closed down.
- Secure the stand by locking it.
- Support the team and jump in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere.
- Focus on great customer service, treating guests like family.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- Managers Serve Safe certification (provided if needed).
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach, and bend over for product.
