About the Role
As a seasonal part-time Retail Brand Ambassador at Branch, you will support our first retail store in San Francisco, representing a fast-growing furniture brand. You will create positive customer experiences, assist in daily operations, and promote Branch's vision while helping to meet store goals. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and want to develop their retail skills.
Responsibilities
- Help create positive customer experiences.

- Represent Branch during shifts, embodying brand values.
- Help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.
- Support sales efforts.
- Develop retail skills.
- Drive sales performance focusing on conversion rates, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, and return clients.
- Excel in customer retention by delivering personalized experiences, leveraging networking, and maintaining relationships and loyalty.
- Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background in retail, hospitality, or high-touch client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building relationships.
- Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of products and processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 10 to 15 hours per week required.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor.
- Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 30 pounds.
