Responsibilities
- Capture customer orders in our laboratory software
- Set up test parameters according to the customer order
- Control sample logistics between specialist laboratories
- Communicate with customer service and specialist laboratories
Requirements
- Completed degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology, or several years of professional experience in this field
- Good knowledge of food analytics
- Experience with SAP or other laboratory software
- Ideally, initial experience in order management
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2)
