About the Role
Provide operational and placement support to placement broking and client servicing teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality service to clients and insurers. Contribute to continuous improvement, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure service delivery meets business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational support for management teams and processes, supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
- Act as focal point for operational and technical expertise for placement and client servicing teams.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance products and related legislation.
- Lead and/or participate in projects working in partnership with placement and the wider business on identified initiatives and complex issues.
- Support the placement process by assisting with market documentation, and maintenance of accurate records of quotations, terms, and conditions.
- Work closely with internal placement and client servicing teams and insurers to help deliver effective placement outcomes and excellent service.
Requirements
- Experience in Insurance operations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports or presentations.
- A basic understanding of insurance processes, products, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
