About the Role
Our platform transforms enterprise data into instant resolutions and automated workflows. This role involves working directly within customer environments to implement and integrate our platform, bridging the gap between our product's ideal capabilities and client realities.
Responsibilities
- Deploy STLabs inside enterprise environments, potentially working on-site alongside teammates to map service workflows.
- Increment on production code, including integrations, data pipelines, agent workflows, and internal tooling.
- Integrate our platform into customer systems such as ticketing, identity, device management, and knowledge bases.
- Own a live deployment from the first month, progressing to owning a whole deployment when ready.
- Provide feedback from customer engagements to the product team, sharing insights on enterprise service operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional software writing experience or a strong engineering degree with an internship where a project was shipped.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, or the ability to become proficient within two months.
- Experience integrating against third-party APIs and working with production data, even if messy or undocumented.
- Demonstrated ability to build personal projects outside of assigned work, such as tools, apps, or open-source contributions.
- A desire to engage with customers.
- Willingness to persist through unglamorous work, with a specific example to illustrate this.
- Hands-on experience with LLM work, including agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluations, with shipped products, not just demos.
- Exposure to ITSM, CMDB, or enterprise IT operations.
- Two years in technical consulting or solutions engineering with a strong desire to write more code.
