About the Role
UTA seeks a Principal Product Manager to drive innovation across Advisory. This role defines and scales products and platforms that unlock new opportunities for brands and marketers to shape culture and connect with audiences. Operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and strategy to set the vision for brand and marketing, shaping the future of Advisory at UTA.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for modernizing and unifying core systems, identifying high-impact opportunities for innovation and driving a multi-year product roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical technology platforms and features, ensuring they deliver measurable user and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior product and engineering leadership to define and evolve foundational platforms and tools.
- Provide data-driven product insights and strategic recommendations that influence technology investments and planning.
- Build deep partnerships with cross-functional leaders to surface needs, align on priorities, and champion a client- and creator-centric product approach.
- Lead high-impact client demos and internal walkthroughs to align stakeholders and refine product direction.
- Guide UX/UI teams in translating complex business and creative requirements into clear product flows and specifications.
- Define and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
- Own product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs, driving prioritization and informed trade-offs.
- Orchestrate cross-team execution for major releases, managing dependencies and risks.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback at scale, overseeing bug triage, enhancements, and experiments.
- Serve as the primary voice for your products in cross-functional and executive forums, communicating priorities, strategy, trade-offs, and progress.
- Mentor and elevate other product managers, establishing best practices and strengthening a culture of product excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including primary ownership of complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle.
- Experience leading products in two or more areas of: CRM, influencer marketing platform, creator tools/software, AI models, or other software in adjacent industries is preferred.
- Deep experience working with data models, APIs, and integration patterns, with a demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering on technical design and trade-off decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management and collaboration tools.
- Strong command of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience guiding teams through agile planning and execution.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and technologies.
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, effectively translating vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success driving high-impact initiatives in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations, including leading teams through ambiguity and change.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a history of using data and insights to inform product direction and prioritization.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
