About the Role
This is a general interest form for future Assistant Coach vacancies within the Athletics Team for the 2026-27 school year. It is not an application to a current opening. Candidates whose experience aligns with future opportunities will be contacted.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site leader responsible for upholding all DREAM expectations, policies, and youth development standards.
- Build a strong team culture.
- Support athlete development and safety.
- Lead program execution during all practices and games.
Requirements
- Submit your most up-to-date resume, including your current role and any relevant coaching, athletics, and/or playing experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $30 per hour
- $3,000 per-season stipend for DREAM full-time staff

- Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs.
