About the Role
As a Crossroads Buyer, you will bring our brand promise to life: to offer a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience to our communities. You’ll hand select items to sell in our stores and provide a high-level of customer service. You’ll get customers excited about shopping and selling second-hand fashion, whether it’s their first time or their 1000th!
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, greet them with a smile, and create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment.
- Educate customers on how the store operates and encourage them to sell their clothes.
- Act with integrity in all words and actions.
- Be compassionate and connect with all customers.
- Show up to work on time and ready to work.
- Support the team and customers as needed due to changing circumstances.
- Clean, organize, and merchandise the store to create the best possible shopping and working environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- 6+ months of retail experience.
- Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
