About the Role
The Utility Officer role is similar to a flex officer but on a full-time basis, responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling premises, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring and patrolling the premises.
- Preventing unauthorized access.
- Detecting suspicious activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Protecting the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
Requirements
- Security experience is required.
- Availability for all three shifts.
- Resume must be attached.

- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 25 years of age.
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
Skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.

- Proficient in using security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (e.g., email, Microsoft Office).
