About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
  • Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
  • Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey
  • Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
  • Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions
  • Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community
  • Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (2+ years in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment)
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Comfortability in recommending products and services to clients
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community
  • Willingness to participate in some local travel
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred
