About the Role
As a Tutor/Instructor for Product/Project/Change Management, you will guide participants through their training, answering questions, assisting with exercises and projects, and ensuring they can apply learned material independently. You will also assess learning progress, conduct final exams, and provide constructive feedback, actively contributing to the development of training programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert answers to participant questions (written and verbal).
- Teach and deepen training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual coaching.
- Support participants with learning process challenges, exercises, and projects.
- Conduct and evaluate final exams, determining training success.
- Create, prepare, and develop learning materials for Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, and frameworks like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and OKR.
- Ensure quality of existing training and provide feedback to the Learning Team.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field, or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in at least one of the areas: Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management.
- Familiarity with common methods and frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKR, classic project management methods) and associated tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Miro, Mural).
- Experience with reporting & roadmapping and a basic understanding of data analysis.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel is a plus.
- Didactic experience in teaching technical or subject matter content to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of adult education and online training didactic concepts.
- High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback culture.
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
- Very good German and English skills (min. C1).
