About the Role

As an AI Tutor/Instructor, you will guide participants in developing practical AI competencies. You will answer questions about GenAI, LLMs, and responsible AI use, support them in exercises and projects, and ensure they can confidently and reflectively apply AI tools in their daily work. You will also assess learning progress, conduct final exams, and provide constructive feedback, actively contributing to the improvement of training programs.

Responsibilities

Provide expert answers to participant questions (written and verbal).
Teach and reinforce training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support.
Assist participants with learning process uncertainties, exercises, and projects.
Conduct and evaluate final exams, determining training success.
Create, prepare, and develop learning materials on practical GenAI/LLM skills, fundamental AI/ML competence, and responsible, ethical AI use.
Ensure quality of existing training and provide feedback to the Learning Team.
Conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members.

Requirements

Completed degree or comparable qualification in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
In-depth knowledge of modern AI concepts, especially GenAI with a focus on LLMs, including basic understanding of training data, models, evaluation, and typical AI limitations (Machine Learning and Deep Learning are a plus).
Practical experience in using LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow integration, agents) and with no-/low-code AI tools.
Experience with (simple) API clients (e.g., Postman, curl).
Good Python skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, or Excel are advantageous.
Awareness of ethical, legal, and organizational aspects of AI applications and interest in current developments in the AI sector.
Didactic experience in teaching technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences, and understanding of adult education and online training concepts.
High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback culture.
Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
Very good German and English skills (min. C1).
