About the Role
As a Scheduling Student at PCL, you will gain the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional growth. You will contribute to our team by assisting with schedule creation and updates for small projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists with schedule creation
- Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager
- Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed
- Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team
Requirements
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment
- Basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials
- Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as: Primavera, Microsoft Project or excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with scheduling team
