About the Role

As a senior member of staff in Infrastructure and Operations within IT, this individual is responsible for standardizing and scaling the Identity Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Active Directory functions across JLL. The role aims to build a future-fit application services organization that delivers resilient, secure, and adaptable identity and access capabilities across the enterprise. The scope is expected to grow to encompass additional products and capabilities within the broader IAM, Authentication, and Authorization ecosystem as JLL’s technology landscape evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve IAM for AI agents and non-human identities, designing and implementing dynamic, context-aware access controls.
  • Standardize and expand IAM, Authentication, Authorization, and Active Directory functions enterprise-wide.
  • Create and communicate a pioneering vision for Application Services within the identity and access management domain.
  • Optimize, redesign, and deliver engagement models for Application Services.
  • Champion innovation by embracing and driving automation, observability, and modern identity standards.
  • Manage and optimize cloud and hybrid identity environments.
  • Develop and engage talent through future-proofing strategies.
  • Achieve operational excellence by modernizing to a cost-optimized, stable identity and access management environment.
  • Drive and communicate outcomes by building relationships and collaborating effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Define, Measure and Drive Success by defining the value of Application Services within the IAM domain, including objectives, metrics and KPIs.
  • Drives the adoption of service improvements through a programmatic approach to continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluates the business value of Application Services.

Requirements

  • Has a clear strategic vision for Application Services in identity and access.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Skilled at driving cultural change and implementing transformational initiatives.
  • Successful history of building and leading diverse teams.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in identity and access management.
  • Adheres to the highest ethical standards and demonstrates integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Application Services or identity and access management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including Identity Access Management platforms, authentication protocols, authorization frameworks, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Active Directory/Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience designing identity and access governance for non-human identities, AI agents, and automated workloads.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience as a collaborative and influential leader instilling confidence among stakeholders in FORTUNE 500 environments.
  • Established reputation as a bold thinking, progressive executive.
  • Transformational leader who leads change with energy and resilience.

Salary/Compensations

  • 190,000.00 – 280,000.00 USD per year
