About the Role

This role is a core part of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery. You will lead the performance and day-to-day tasks of the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams, coaching and motivating them to perfect the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low volume/minimum staffed periods.
Complete ICQA during low volume/minimum staffed periods.
Support the associate team when there are gaps in shift coverage, potentially using carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move product.
Direct all associate activities during the shift.
Escalate site issues in real-time to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring for assistance.
Ensure completion of close/open checklists for the OA team.
Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes for your shift, ensuring subsequent shifts are set up for success.
Develop and train new associates within the site and kitchen.
Perform manual intervention of driver routing & dispatching.
Execute shelf move activities for reorganization & backstock.
Execute all site-specific projects or initiatives, including audit counts, new hire onboarding, and food safety and cleanliness audits.
Conduct damage + expiry process audits.
Assist in meeting performance objectives, including site labor management, order volume, pack times, mispack rates, inventory accuracy, and bottlenecking.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for defects within the shift.
Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts.
Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts.
Complete additional assigned duties based on business needs.

Requirements

2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies.
Ability to work with fluid schedules, including peak hours (5pm - 3am) and weekends/holidays.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Skills

ServeSafe Certification (highly preferred)
Professional fluency in Spanish (preferred)
