About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and stakeholders, providing friendly and professional service. Accurately enter booking information into the Opera system and maintain a sales-oriented approach to maximize room sales and hotel revenue.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Opera system for individual and group reservations.
- Adhere to all departmental performance standards and procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently obtain all necessary reservation information.
- Utilize thorough product knowledge when interacting with clients.
- Employ a sales attitude to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
- Answer and handle calls promptly according to departmental telephone standards.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of the Opera system.
- Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
