Responsibilities

Technical planning, coordination, and control of electronics development activities within embedded systems projects
Ensuring continuous requirements management, including traceability, verification, and compliance
Definition and further development of electronics system architectures and specification of interfaces
Development of system concepts and technical designs at the electronics system level
Coordination of the industrialization of electronic systems and management of external development partners and suppliers
Planning, moderation, documentation, and presentation of technical reviews, workshops, and project results
Responsibility for the execution and follow-up of FMEA, DRBFM, Functional Safety, and Cyber Security activities
Support in the analysis and solution of complex technical problems throughout the entire product lifecycle

Requirements

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable field and several years of experience in the development of embedded electronics systems
Systems Engineering and Electronics System Architecture for the development and integration of complex embedded electronics systems
Requirements Engineering and Configuration Management to ensure traceability, consistency, and compliance throughout the entire development process
Technical Project Management and Technical Leadership for planning, coordination, and technical leadership of development activities and development partners
Functional Safety and Cyber Security to meet regulatory and safety-related requirements for electronic systems
Risk Management with FMEA and DRBFM to identify, assess, and reduce technical risks
Industrialization and product development processes for the successful transfer of development stages into series production
Analytical problem-solving skills for structured processing of complex technical issues and derivation of sustainable solutions
German (C1) and English (C1) spoken and written
