About the Role
Play a key role in shaping the visual and creative identity of NaturesPlus. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute creative strategies across various channels, including web, social media, and email marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design graphic content, illustrations, animated videos, and infographics.
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
- Maintain corporate and product catalogs, brochures, flyers, and other miscellaneous marketing materials.
- Design and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Create packaging designs.
- Develop print and digital advertisements.
- Deliver attractive product and lifestyle imagery for print and digital applications.
- Ensure all creative work is accurate by meticulously proofing and communicating throughout the design process.
- Design and produce creative materials (print, environmental & web) with a brand aesthetic contextual to the channel and audiences.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and with the highest production standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.
- A complete design portfolio.
- Ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and HTML.
- Familiarity with production & rendering methods, including drawing, photography, and interactive media.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding creative-thinking skills.
- Background in nutrition or supplement industry is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively and individually.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passionate and dedicated.
